Open the taskbar, select action center. If you do not see Bluetooth option there, then select Expand to reveal Bluetooth, then select Bluetooth to turn it on.

You can also turn on Bluetooth by going to the Start button, then select Settings  > Devices   > Bluetooth & other devices . Make sure there Bluetooth is turned on.

If your Windows 10 device is not paired with any Bluetooth accessories and devices, the it is show “Not connected“.

Troubleshoot Windows 10

Turn off your Bluetooth device, wait for few seconds, then turn it on again. You also make sure that the Bluetooth device also is in range of your Windows computer.

If you are still having problems, then try to uninstall the Bluetooth adapter and restart your system for an automatic reinstall.

  1. Open the taskbar, and type device manager in search box of taskbar, then select Device Manager from the showing results.
  2. After open Device Manager, select Bluetooth, and right-click on the Bluetooth adapter name, and select Uninstall device.
  3. Then Select Start , then select Power  > Restart .
  4. When your system restart and Windows does not reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically, then open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.

Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter, if you still can not get Bluetooth paired after the above steps.

Select Start , after it select Settings  > Update & Security  > Troubleshoot . In the  Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth, and after then select Run the troubleshooter and follow the given instructions.
