To change your Password in Windows 11 , first click on the start menu and open the system Settings as shown in the image below:
After that, select Accounts and click on the Sign-in options:
On the Sign-in options screen, look for Password option, expand it and select the Change button as shown in the image below:
When you click on Change button, it will be prompted a blue screen to type in your current password.
Type your current password and click on the Next button to continue:
Next, type your new password and confirm it:
You are done.
Reset your Password in Windows 11
If you have lost your Windows 11 password for local account then follow steps below to reset your password.
If you sign in with Microsoft account, then click on the link below to reset your Microsoft account:

Or If you sign in with a local account, then continue below:
During the login, type the password that you remember. If the typed password is incorrect, then select the Reset password option on the sign-in screen as shown in the image below:
At the next screen, enter the security questions and answers provided when you first time setup your Windows system:
Answer your all security questions and then enter a new password.
